Because these three aspects of health are interconnected, we will work as partners on each aspect relevant to your personal situation to create effective, long-lasting, and healthy change.
We will begin our work together with a comprehensive review of health history, nutritional status, personal goals and habits. From this information we will develop customized techniques and practices that work in your everyday life to meet your goals for health and wellness. Unconscious emotions, coping strategies, and learned behaviors however, often drive our unhealthy patterns and can prevent us from implementing techniques and practices we know would help us reach our health goals. Through one-on-one therapeutic sessions, we will draw on science, experience, and intuitive insights to explore root causes of existing habits and empower you to create the health you desire.
